I hit the motherload of yaoi webcomics. Like tons and tons of them! Here's the link and it goes to a search for all "yaoi" related webcomics on that site. I've read a few and they're pretty good. Keep in mind, some of these are pretty amateur but my suggestion is to look at when it was last updated so you don't read something abandoned and also look at "# of comics" meaning how many pages have been posted so far. You may not want to get too invested in a brand new comic. I've read about six so far and one that I think is pretty cute is Northern Lights. If you find any good ones, comment on this post so others can take a look as well! There are a lot in the search results so good ones could be buried.

have you read Two Rooks? it’s not yaoi, but the main character is in a sort-of-over,sort-of-not-over relationship with another male
It’s more plot-focused, so not what you’d be looking for when it comes to smut but it’s very good, and the art is gorgeous.I started reading another comic a while back but it got canceled like a week after. Shitty luck, that is.
Oh, and I like Cyber.Baroque, it claims to be BL but it hasn’t gotten there yet. It’s a sort of dystopian- dieselpunk future thing, very pretty, and good plot. Hopefully the porn will be just as good ;D

B-but…some of them are so bad…^^ii
Did you read Honeydew Syndrome? It’s shounen-ai and it’s rather cute. The artist is part of an scanlation group, whose name I’m totally blanking. There’s a slice-of-life shojo called Pollimerase that’s really sweet too.

What about Red Dog Venue? It’s very plot and character driven. The interaction between characters is entertaining, to say the least.

I love Two Rooks. Great artwork.
On Smackjeeves, check out “Them Dudes” – pretty hard core, and there is drug use, but the art is fantastic, and the writer/artist, Ruui, really delivers. She’s coming out with a dead tree edition soon.
Another pair of comics that’re just getting off the ground are CyberSteel, and Tales of a Success. Although neither of them are very far along yet, they both have good artwork and promising story lines.
(One thing that absolutely turns me off a comic is amateur artwork. I can put up with a weak plot and 1-dimensional characters even, but if the art is bad, I’m gone.)
Another one called “The Teahouse,” just getting started but it promises to have something for everyone, including BL.
Another one with a great story and fantastic artwork is “A Song for Elise” – it’s also on Smackjeeves. The story is “complete” so there’s no waiting for the next installment, but she also put out a dead tree edition that contains pages from the “love scene” that were not posted on the web. Still, what she has up is good stuff.
The artist that was drawing Honeydew Syndrome is “Nuu.” She has another comic going, not yaoi, though. Called “Two Keys.”

Seriously? It took you guys this long to discover SmackJeeves? I’ve been reading comics there for years. Honestly, though, on SJ the more frequently used term is BL for Boys Love instead of yaoi. You get better search results that way. The best thing to do, though, is to just find one or two great ones, then look through the related comics, or check out some of the other ones faved by the same people that fave that one. And the banners almost always show at least a small piece of the art, and MOST, or minimally at least half, comics have BL on the banner somewhere. And another thing: if it doesn’t have a banner, it’s usually sprites. Like from old or gameboy videogames. And a lot of artists have multiple comics, so be sure to check their profile. You don’t wanna miss out, right? And although the comics aren’t perfect, artists do get better with time. And even if they don’t improve by vast amounts, the comics could still have a good storyline or just be hilarious. If you’re looking for smut, don’t bother with any that aren’t marked as mature. And don’t knock the fancomics. Some of them are really original, have really good art/story, or are really funny. Give em a chance, then decide. Actually, there’s this one person I found whose favorites list is a great source for comics! Everything from super old ones that are finished (or not, unfortunately) to ones that jut started. There’s something good or promising about just about all of them. The person that actually favorited them is pretty eccentric, but it’s not like you need to chat with em or anything. Anyways, the username is Neko Jin. Check out her favorites list, you might like the comics! And there’s currently twelve pages to it! Anyways, here’s a list of artists for you t check out, including promising newcomers, and seasoned veterans. Some have great art, some are hilarious, some sexy, some plotful.

Toast! by alienpigpen is fantastic. So is Graceland by Okori. However, like most webcomics, they update very slowly and can be dropped at any moment (this is the artist’s right, although it makes me weep when a good webcomic goes down). What’s there is enjoyable, however, and some of the best western-drawn yaoi on the web.
I’ve also read a bit of Vampirates! (the webcomic, not the other comic that came about around the same time), which has shounen ai themes.Be prepared to be very sad when talented artists find paid work and can’t get back to their storylines for months, years, or even for good… Still, these comics deserve to be enjoyed.
