YAOI ANIME: Viewfinder Animix Screenshots

There have been a lot of questions recently about when the Viewfinder animix is to be released. As of right now Sensei is not spilling the beans (I've asked twice!), but she has been very good about posting pictures of the animix in process. Since she is very much involved in how the animix will look I'm guessing it is still in the process of being made based on the screenshots (which I've posted below). As you'll see, they are very high quality, which is to be expected of any project Sensei is involved in. Even though it's not an anime, I think we will all still be very happy.

Speaking of, there was a lot of confusion at YaoiCon when the translator accidentally said 'anime' instead of 'animix' during Sensei's panel. If you've never seen an animix before, here is a clip of the Yebisu Celebrities animix so you can get an idea of what to expect:

Whooo-aooohh~~ Viewfinder looks GREAT. …considering how good Sex Pistols looked as an anime, I hope Viewfinder gets considered for a full animated feature, though animix is still a very fine thing indeed.

wow cant wait it looks like it will be two eps or more one scene looks like from the extra in v3 mmm wish this was a full anime, with all teh crap of ecchi titles (hate them) coming out which is just really bad wish that would stop now more yaoi.

I had the honor of seeing Yamane at the convention. When the announcement was made about the Viewfinder project, everyone went wild when the translator said anime. I confessed that I too went crazy over the news and had to think for a second. An anime takes a bit longer than a manga or a animix. Plus, she told everyone of other projects she’s working on. I’m very happy that the animix is coming along fine and the work…WOW!!! I can’t wait to see this work and buy the DVD.

P.S. I was able to get her autograph and exchange a few words of thanks.

I stumbled across the manga a month ago and fell madly in love. I’ve seen the Yebisu Celebrities animix and was fascinated by it. I can’t wait to see Viewfinder.

Another yaoi I would love to see as an animix or anime would be Totally Captivated. It’s also got that yakuza-type theme. *drools*
