YAOI NEWS: TOKYOPOP Makes Hetalia Available Early!

HETALIA fans: There are two ways to read HETALIA AXIS POWERS right now!

(1) You can buy a digital edition through TOKYOPOP's digital manga store, hosted by our friend at Zinio right here: http://bit.ly/d8iSKG

(2) We have made (*free*) digital editions of HETALIA available to all US public libraries–get your library car…d (also *free*) & go to your public library's web site. If they don't have a copy, ask them to order it through the "OverDrive Digital Library Reserve" program.

The manga will also be available at bookstores everywhere on Sept 21 — we just couldn't wait that long! Enjoy! Paaaaastaaaaa!

Here is the first trailer for the new Hetalia Axis Powers movie set to release June 5th of this year. Scroll down to the middle of the page and you will see two buttons that say "Play". Click the top one.

YAOI NEWS: Hetalia Movie Gets Title

The fact that there is a Hetalia movie coming out is old news to us 'cause someone (me) already broke that story weeks ago but now ANN is giving us further details including the movie's title, "Ginmaku Hetalia – Axis Powers Paint it, White (Shiroku Nure!) or literally, "Hetalia – Axis Powers on the Silver Screen: Paint it, White". They don't list a date of release beyond early summer so we'll just have to go with the date we were already given of June 5th. If it changes, I'll let you know.

YAOI NEWS: Hetalia gets licensed!

Oh my… the squees, they are loud. >.<  Yep, you heard me right. Funimation has licensed 52 episodes of Hetalia. No further details are available but here is the official press release so you can frame it. ^_^
